The ND Experience is now a monthly, exclusive, private event for new National Directors who are given a chance to go behind the scenes at our Troy Michigan Global Headquarters and learn the hands-on skills they will need to go to Ambassador and beyond.

You’re invited to this exclusive experience as one of our newest National Directors. Please see the agenda and next event details below, and follow the process to RSVP and confirm your attendance.

When you RSVP, please include your first and last name, your ViSalus ID# and name of your guest (if applicable). That guest must be your spouse and/or business partner if you work the position with someone else.

Qualification Rules & Restrictions:

Who Qualifies?

  • Anyone who has hit National Director within 3 months of an ND Experience and has not attended a previous ND Experience will gain complimentary access to the ND Experience Training and be eligible for reimbursement.

What is the Reimbursement?

  • Receive up to $650 (£780 for UK Qualifiers/€945 for EU Qualifiers) in travel reimbursements:
    • US - $500 Transportation/$150 Hotel
    • UK - £600 Transportation/£180 Hotel
    • EU - €725 Transportation/€220 Hotel

TRAVEL INFORMATION

    Qualifier must make his or her own travel arrangements and is eligible to receive up to $650 (£780 for UK Qualifiers/€945 for EU Qualifiers) in travel reimbursements:

    • US - $500 Transportation/$150 Hotel
    • UK - £600 Transportation/£180 Hotel
    • EU - €725 Transportation/€220 Hotel

    Attendees should fly into the Detroit Metro Airport (DTW) and arrange for their own ground transportation to Troy. Troy is located approximately 45 minutes from the airport.

REIMBURSEMENT DETAILS

Reimbursement request must be submitted within one week of the National Director Experience and will be processed immediately following confirmation of ND qualification and event attendance. Please allow up to 4 weeks for reimbursement from the date you submit your receipts. Reimbursements will be paid out in the same manner your commissions are paid. Receipts received after the deadline will not be reimbursed.

Who qualifies for reimbursement?

Promoters who have reached the rank of National Director within three (3) months of an ND Experience and have never attended an ND Experience.

Reimbursements will only be processed through the reimbursement form below.

We will reimburse the qualified position up to $650 (£780 for UK Qualifiers/€945 for EU Qualifiers) in travel expenses per qualified position broken down as follows:

  • US - $500 Transportation/$150 Hotel
  • UK - £600 Transportation/£180 Hotel
  • EU - €725 Transportation/€220 Hotel

Original receipts must be clearly legible and contain the following:

  • Written at the top: ID number of the qualified promoter
  • Printed: Name of traveler or name on the CC used
  • Printed: Date of the receipt
  • Printed: Transaction shown (this means that the receipt should show the last 4 of a credit card number, type of credit card used, the amount tendered etc.)

Only one file including all receipts may be uploaded. Please include your Vi Promoter ID in the file name.

Submitted receipts MUST be the original receipt AND in a .jpeg or PDF file.

ALL reimbursements must be submitted by 5pm PT one week following the event. ID number must be that of the qualified Promoter.

ND EXPERIENCE FAQS

    Q: What is the qualifying period?

    A: Promoters who have reached the rank of National Director within three (3) months of an ND Experience and have never attended an ND Experience.


    Q: I qualified outside of the qualification window but have yet to attend an ND Experience. Can I still attend?

    A: If you qualified outside of the window and have never attended an ND Experience you can still attend the event at your own expense. You will not be eligible for any reimbursement.


    Q: What does the “up to $150 hotel reimbursement” cover?

    A: ViSalus will reimburse up to $150 for your hotel stay (£180 for UK qualifiers/€225 for EU Qualifiers). Additional room nights will not be covered. Note: You will have to book and pay for your room with your own credit card and submit up to $150/£180/€220 of those charges for reimbursement.


    Once I submit travel receipts, how long does it take to get reimbursed?

    A: Receipts must be submitted no later than one week after an ND Experience. ALL reimbursements will be processed within 4 weeks of receiving your receipts. Please note: Final receipts must be an ORIGINAL receipt, dated, show final cost of travel, & your ID number written on the top. If it’s an airline ticket it must show your name. ALL RECEIPTS must be in a PDF or JPEG format to be accepted. (Itineraries will not be accepted.)


    Q: Who can I bring as my guest?

    A: You are allowed to bring one guest. That guest must be your spouse and/or business partner if you work the position with someone else. Guests are not eligible for reimbursement.


    Q: Can I attend the event in place of my qualified significant other, who cannot attend the event? If the position is under their name and ID, can I still attend?

    A: The qualified Promoter must attend the event. A non-qualified Promoter cannot attend the event in place of a qualified Promoter.


    Q: Do I need to pay for my hotel room upfront and will I be reimbursed?

    A: Yes, and yes. The qualified position MUST book their room and also pay for their room and ViSalus will cover up to $150/£180/€220 in room reimbursement.


    Q: How do I book a room?

    A: You are responsible for making your own room reservation.We recommend staying at the Troy Marriott. Average weekend rates are $139/night.


    Q: What if I want to stay an extra night?

    A: If you wish to extend your stay, you may do so at the time of the booking. However, anything over $150/£180/€220 will be at your own cost.


    Q: Can I bring my child to the event?

    A: We do not recommend bringing children to any training event.


    Q: What if I need to change my RSVP?

    A: If you have already submitted your RSVP Info and you need to edit it, please e-mail changes or questions to mlelea@visalus.com. Don't forget to include your ID number!
