How to Make a Shake

• Combine 2 scoops (26 grams) of shake mix with 8 – 12 ounces of non-fat milk, soy milk or almond milk and enjoy.
Shake it up in a Vi Shaker or blend it with ice for a cool refreshing treat.

• For variety or as a post workout snack, can also be combined with water or many of your other favorite beverages like fresh juices, coconut water.
