You pre-purchase free trials which are automatically loaded up on your site.

To see your balance or to order credits, visit myvimail.com Click on the “need more credits?” link.
Log-In using your Vi-Store ID and Password.
If you do not have one, click Sign Up
Add increments of 50 Trial Credits to the shop cart. Once you purchase credits, you’ll see the remaining Free Samples available on your Free Trial Site. You can also choose to manually send out free trials through this site!

If you’d like to send it manually…
Log-in to myvimail.com using your Vi-Store username/password.
Click Build Your Mailing to get started and choose Create Your Own Sample Pack Card
Customize the card with your own message, complete the information for your customer, and continue the process to send!

Back to Top How do I Link to Social Media?
Your social media accounts are loaded from your Vi-Net settings.

If you haven’t already connected your social media accounts in Vi-Net, all you need to do is:

In the Settings section of Navigation Bar, click on Website
Under Follow Me, enter your Facebook and Twitter usernames, and the link to your YouTube channel.
Do not include “http://…”

Please note: You must have a Facebook Page, Facebook will not allow a visitor to “Like” a personal Profile.

Post on your favorite social network and get the word out!

Your private Free Trial URL is: (username).myvi.net/freetrial
Send out the link! In order to claim their sample, the visitor must subscribe to the social media accounts you have registered in Vi-Net and complete the contact form.

Back to Top How do I Follow up with my Contacts?
Use your Vi-Net Contact Manager to follow up with contacts and send trials to existing leads

The free trial will be sent directly to the prospect from the ViSalus warehouse.
All leads will be located in the Vi-Net contact manager under Free Trial Contacts
You can send trials directly from the Contact Manager under Take Action -> Send Free Trial

Existing Visalus Customers and Promoters are not eligible for receiving Free Samples and are blocked from requests.
