Before they learned about the Body by Vitm 90-Day Challenge, Matt and Annette Jeffers were not looking or feeling how they wanted to. It was a family photo that proved to be the wakeup call for the pair, who at the time weighed 300 pounds (Matt) and 210 pounds (Annette).

At the beginning of his challenge, Matt says It was really tough to break my bad eating habits, but the products began working within and I saw results quickly."
